Books
“Books are the quietest and most constant of friends; they are the most accessible and wisest of counselors, and the most patient of teachers.”
Charles W. Eliot
Books allow us to use our imagination. Our creative minds get to interpret how the story characters look, the feeling of the setting, and all the interesting details that make reading enjoyable. There is nothing like the feeling of a good book in your hands.
The Library of Graham has over 40,000 books available for your research, information, and recreational reading. Click the OPAC (Online Patron Access Catalog) button on the right. Search for a book just right for you. For those readers that prefer a book on audio, there are over 2,400 books in the library on CDs as well.
Books are great but sometimes it’s fun to download your reading on a reading device so you can take it with you. The library offers LIBBY, a free reading app. Currently on LIBBY we offer over 15,000 eBooks, 5,000 eAudio books, and over 300 magazines!
