A library card or photo id must be presented each time materials are borrowed. Items in the periodical, reference, and genealogy collections are noncirculating. Children under 12 will not be allowed to check out videos. After 12 parents may give permission on child’s library card.
Renewal of Library Materials
Telephone requests for renewals are accepted. Those renewing by phone may be required to give their library card number to the staff to ensure confidentiality of patron records.
Patrons may reserve any item that is checked out to another patron. You will be notified when your reserve is ready. Please allow 2 business days for reserves made via the OPAC system.
A library patron’s record becomes delinquent when outstanding fines total $5 or more or fine is 4 or more weeks overdue. If fines exceed $10, the patron must pay the amount in full before being allowed to check out more material.
Damaged or Lost Material Charges
Damaged material that is beyond normal wear and tear so no further circulation is possible will be charged to the patron. This will include full replacement price of the item plus a $10 processing fee.
